Can I ask for a deposit only from new clients?
The deposit is set per service. A client who has missed two visits is asked for a deposit automatically, even for a service without one (when Stripe is connected).
Does it work for a room with two specialists?
Yes — each has their own calendar, hours and services; the client picks a specialist or a service.
Where is client data stored?
On EU servers, under GDPR; you can export the client list any time, and after closing the account the data is anonymised.
Can I keep notes about a client?
Yes — notes and allergies in the client card are visible only to you and your team.
