Notification bot
One-way alerts from your website or system: orders, inquiries, errors, daily reports. Live in 1–3 days.
Telegram is already on your team’s and your customers’ phones — a bot simply connects it to your business. We build bots that announce orders and inquiries, take bookings, answer questions and connect Telegram to your website, CRM or spreadsheet. A studio based in Lithuania, working with businesses across the Baltics and the EU; the price is agreed up front.

The Telegram Bot API is free: you pay neither per message nor per user — unlike SMS. A message reaches the phone in a second, and neither staff nor customers need to install a new app: a chat opens and everything works. That is why a bot is often the cheapest way to alert your team quickly, take an order or answer a customer after hours. The only running cost is a small server, from around €5 a month.
The most common first step. A new WooCommerce order, an inquiry from your website form, a system error or a daily report — everything lands in a Telegram group or private chat with buttons like “Accept”, “Reply” and “Open”. Your team reacts within minutes, not whenever someone checks the inbox. A bot like this goes live in 1–3 days.
Start with a single notification bot.
Within days your team gets orders in Telegram — and you see whether it is worth going further.
A two-way bot works like an administrator who never goes home: it shows services and prices, takes an order or booking, answers frequent questions, reports order status and hands the conversation to a person when needed. Data is stored in your database or sent to your CRM or Google Sheets. An example from our own work: adcloud.lt users connect Telegram and receive new listings matching their saved searches.
When a chat is not enough, the bot opens a Telegram Mini App — a full web interface with a catalog, cart or calendar right inside Telegram. We take payments via Stripe or Telegram Payments, and every payment is confirmed by the server, not the chat. We connect the bot to your systems via APIs and webhooks: WordPress and WooCommerce, CRMs, invoicing tools, Google Sheets, n8n or Make.

Yes, if the system has an API, webhooks or at least a data export. We most often connect WordPress and WooCommerce, CRMs, invoicing tools, Google Sheets, n8n and Make. If there is no direct connection, we will suggest the simplest path that works.
The bot’s data is stored on your server or on one we maintain, which can be located in the EU. We collect only the data that is needed, tell users plainly what is stored and let them delete it. The bot never sees card details — those are handled by Stripe or Telegram’s payment provider.
Any. We often build bots in Lithuanian, Russian and English: the bot picks the language from the user’s Telegram settings or lets them choose on the first screen.
