Frequently asked questions
How much does the booking system cost?
edapi costs €29 a month or €290 a year with every feature and up to 5 specialists included, and 0% commission on bookings. That is the founders' price for the first 100 salons, locked in for good; later sign-ups pay €39 a month.
Is there a free version?
There is no free plan — one price with every feature, no cut-down tiers. You try everything free for the first 30 days, and we never ask for a card.
What happens after 30 days?
Nothing is charged — we never ask for a card. If you do not subscribe, the account pauses: new clients cannot book, and we keep your data for at least 90 days — subscribe and everything comes back.
How is edapi different from Treatwell or Fresha?
Treatwell and Fresha are marketplaces: they bring new clients from their directory and charge for them. edapi is your own booking page with a flat price and 0% commission: it does not bring clients from a directory, but it takes nothing for new clients or for prepaid visits (Stripe charges only its card fee). Many salons use both.
Do clients need to register?
No. A client picks a service and a time and enters a name, phone and email — no account needed. They manage the visit through the link in the email.
Is there an app?
Yes — edapi installs from the browser to your phone or computer home screen like an app, no App Store or Google Play needed. Your clients install nothing: they book through your page link.
Are there SMS reminders?
Not yet. Clients get a confirmation and a reminder a day before by email, and can add the visit to their calendar in one tap.
Is Stripe required?
No. Stripe is only needed for deposits: the money goes straight to your Stripe, we take nothing, Stripe charges its card fee. Bookings work without Stripe.
How do I cancel the subscription?
With one button: "Salon → Subscription" → "Payments, invoices and cancellation". Charges stop at the end of the period; until then everything works.
Which countries does edapi work in?
Right now edapi is available to salons and professionals in Lithuania and Latvia. Your clients can book from anywhere, and your page can run in several languages — the client picks one.
How do I add the page to Instagram, Facebook or Google?
It is a plain link: paste it into your Instagram bio, a Facebook page button or your Google business profile as the booking link.
Can I leave with my data?
Yes, any time: download clients and visits as CSV and the whole salon archive as JSON.
What if edapi shuts down?
We will give at least 90 days’ notice. During that time you can download all data as CSV and JSON, and we will help you move.

Do I need a company?
No. Individual activity or a business certificate is enough — edapi suits a solo professional and a small salon.
