Terms of service

Updated 2026-09-10

The LT version is the legally binding one.

1. What these terms are

These terms form the agreement between you (the salon using the system) and us — edapi (edapi.io), an individual engineering practice in Lithuania. They take effect when you sign up.

The Data processing agreement (DPA) is part of these terms and takes effect together with them. It does not need to be signed separately.

2. What we provide

A web system for salon bookings: a public salon page with booking, a calendar and working grid, client records, email reminders, deposit collection, reviews, messages and campaigns.

We keep improving the system: features may be added, changed or reworked. If we materially restrict or remove a feature we give 30 days notice by email.

3. Sign-up and account

By signing up you confirm that you act for business purposes (self-employment, a business certificate or a company) and that the details you give are true.

You are responsible for your password and for access to your account. If you notice unusual activity, change the password immediately and write to [email protected].

You are responsible for what the staff you granted access do in your account.

4. Trial period

A new salon gets a 7 day free trial — no card is required and nothing is charged automatically.

If the trial ends without a subscription the account stops allowing work, but the data does not disappear — it stays until you subscribe or ask us to delete it.

5. Price and payment

The subscription is 39 EUR per month or 390 EUR per year; VAT is added where applicable. Every feature is included — there are no separate plans and we take no commission on your clients payments.

Fair-use limits per salon: up to 5 active specialists, up to 100 services, up to 100 gallery photos and one campaign per 7 days. If your salon needs more, write to [email protected] and we will agree something.

The one-off setup service (preparing the account, entering services and the working grid) costs 99 EUR. It is optional.

Payments are handled by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically for the chosen period until you cancel. If a charge fails, Stripe retries; after several failures the subscription lapses.

We may change the price with 30 days notice by email. A new price applies from the next renewal — if you do not accept it you can cancel before then.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. The service keeps working until the end of the paid period and then does not renew.

We do not refund or pro-rate a paid period that has already started. If the service was unavailable through our fault, write to [email protected] — we handle it case by case and refund a fair share.

If you use the system outside a business context, a consumer right to withdraw within 14 days may apply to you. To use it, write to [email protected] from your account email address.

7. Payments from your clients

You take deposits and payments from your clients through your own Stripe account, which you connect yourself. The money goes straight to you — we never hold it and take no commission from it.

Refunds to clients, taxes and accounting for those payments are yours to handle under the Stripe rules and Lithuanian law.

8. Your responsibility for content and data

You are responsible for what you publish on your page: service descriptions, prices, photos. By uploading a photo you confirm that you may use it and that the people in it do not object.

For client data you are the controller: you must have a lawful basis to process it, including allergy and health notes, and you must inform clients about the processing.

Campaigns may be sent only to clients who consented. The system enforces the consent gate, but the authenticity of a consent (for example when importing old lists) is your responsibility.

9. What is not allowed

Reselling or renting access to third parties, or sharing an account with another salon.

Scraping data automatically, circumventing rate limits, attempting to reach other salons data, or running load or security tests without our written consent.

Using campaigns for unsolicited email or for deceptive or unlawful content.

If these rules are broken we may restrict or close the account; we tell you the reason by email.

10. Availability and support

We aim for the system to be available around the clock, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime (SLA). Planned work is done at night where possible and longer work is announced in advance.

Support is by email at [email protected], answered on business days. Booking outages and errors that stop a salon from working are handled first.

11. Data

How we process data is described in the Privacy policy; what we commit to you as a processor is in the Data processing agreement.

You can download a copy of your own data and of the whole salon data at any time from the admin area. We recommend doing that before closing an account.

12. Limits of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses: lost profit, lost clients or reputation. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the last three months.

We are not liable for the lawfulness or accuracy of the data you enter, for your arrangements with your clients, or for outages of third-party services (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, your internet provider) that we cannot control.

These limits do not apply where Lithuanian law does not allow them.

13. Ending the agreement

You may end the agreement at any time by cancelling the subscription. We may end it with 30 days notice, or immediately if you seriously breach these terms or use the system unlawfully.

When the agreement ends we delete or return the data as set out in the Data processing agreement.

14. Changes

The version and date of these terms are shown at the top of the page. Material changes are published and announced by email 30 days in advance. By continuing to use the system after they take effect you accept them.

15. Governing law and contact

The agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are first resolved in writing; failing that, before the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
