What changes in autumn 2026

On 2026-09-17 the Lithuanian Competition Council published a decision concerning Treatwell (see kt.gov.lt), and Treatwell’s partner pricing is changing. Before signing or renewing a contract, check the current terms with them.

When Treatwell is worth it

When edapi

  • You have followers on Instagram or Facebook and regular clients — they need a link, not a directory.
  • You do not want to pay a percentage on clients you brought yourself.

Can I use Treatwell and edapi together?

Yes. Many salons keep the marketplace for new clients and give regulars a link to their own page — no commission on them.

Does edapi bring new clients?

No — edapi is not a directory. Clients come from your Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and recommendations. You put the link where people already find you.

How do I move clients from Treatwell?

Import the client list into edapi (CSV) or let them book themselves the first time — the card is created automatically. From then on they get reminders and a link for the next visit.

Is there really no commission?

Really: 29 €/mo or 290 €/year — that is all. Deposits go through your Stripe; edapi takes nothing from them, Stripe takes its card fee.

Will the price go up?

The founders price of 29 € is locked in for good for the first 50 salons. Later, new salons pay 39 €/mo. Existing ones never go up.
