1. Registration takes a minute
To register you only need your name, the salon name, an email and a password. No card is required — nothing is charged automatically during the trial.
From registration a 14-day trial with every feature is active: public page, bookings, reminders, deposits, newsletters. There are no separate plans — every salon uses the same one.
The registration email becomes the account email: you receive system emails on it, sign in with it and write to us from it about account matters.
2. The wizard: six steps to a working page
After registration the wizard opens. Its steps: what you do (activity cards), name and address, services and prices, when you work (working schedule), photos, look (theme).
Any step can be skipped and revisited later in the admin area — the wizard only helps you start, nothing in it is final.
The services step suggests typical services for your activity — adjust prices and durations to suit you, delete the ones you do not need. Everything is managed later under "Services".
3. The Home screen
After signing in, "Home" opens: today's visits, a week overview, deposits and new reviews. The calendar is a separate menu item and remains the main working screen.
While the page has no bookings yet, Home shows a first-time card with your public page address: "Copy link" — paste it into your Instagram or Facebook profile; "Preview" — see the page through a client's eyes.
If you have not set up a working schedule yet, the card reminds you — without a schedule clients see no free times and cannot book.
4. What next
- Share the page link on social media and add it to your Google Business Profile.
- Invite the team: "Team" → add a specialist — they receive an email with a password setup link.
- If you want to take deposits — connect Stripe under "Salon → Payments" (see the "Deposits" article).
- Import your existing client list from Excel ("Clients → Import") so manual bookings find the card right away.
5. When the trial ends
A few days before the end you will see a reminder in the admin area. You can subscribe under "Salon → Subscription": 39 EUR/month or 390 EUR/year (prices excl. VAT).
After the trial ends without a subscription, everything keeps working for 7 more days (grace period — the admin area shows a yellow bar with a link to pay). Then the account is paused: you can sign in, view and download your data, but cannot save anything new or accept new online bookings; clients' management links for existing visits keep working.
We keep a paused account for 90 days, then warn you by email and anonymise the data after another 30 days. Subscribe during that time and everything stays as it was.
